The Edvantage® Program is the single most effective fundraising, human resource, member benefit and development program available to Small Businesses, Individuals and Not-for-Profit Organizations. The Program utilizes large membership driven purchasing power to obtain Business and Employee Benefits (previously only available for "Big Business"), as well as dramatic discounts and rebates from participating merchants in exchange for Businesses' and Individuals' spending and loyalty. The Edvantage® Program is the perfect balance between vendors, businesses, merchants, organizations and individual consumers.

There are three (3) ways an individual can participate in the Edvantage Program. To better understand Edvantage and how it works, please review the information below:

	1.	As an Employee or Owner of a Small Business: The Edvantage Program has an extensive product for the business world called, Edvantage Small Business. This product is a collection of products and services previously only available to “Big Business” and Fortune 500 Companies. These products and services are NOW available to “Small Business” as a Low-Cost / High-Impact Human Resource and Corporate Benefit package. Products and Services include:
		Employee Assistance Program (EAP)   Personal and Corporate Assistant / Concierge Program   Wellness Program   Corporate and Management Training   Personal and Corporate Discount Program Membership

	The following methods of participation ONLY include the Personal Discount Program. The other services of Edvantage Small Business are not available outside the Edvantage Small Business Package.
	2.	As an Individual Personal Discount Program Member: A Lifetime Membership in the Edvantage Program is available for the One-time cost of $29.00. This membership provides individual consumers with the opportunity to take advantage of 1,000’s of deals, discounts and savings from over 1,400 Retail and Service Merchants and over 13,000 Restaurants. In addition, each participating Merchant also provides a Cash Rebate for each purchase made. Individuals participating in the Edvantage Program can generate $1000’s in savings and rebates annually. *
	3.	As a Member of a Not-for-Profit Organization: As a Member affiliated with a Not-for-Profit Organization, individuals will be provided with a FREE Membership to the Personal Discount Program. This Membership will provide the same access to all the tremendous deals, discounts and savings at the same 1,400 Retail and Service Merchants and over 13,000 Restaurants, but all Cash Rebates generated will be sent to the affiliated Not-for-Profit Organization as a fund raiser.

	*	Estimated savings and rebate generation is variable based upon the cost, type and frequency of the products and services purchased by each individual member. "Low-usage" Individuals making one retail purchase and 3 restaurant-visits a month could expect to a savings and rebates total of approximately $700 annually.
